Ford Repair: 94 GT throttle bodies, mass airflow meter, mass air meter

Question
I want to install an aftermarket throttle-body, however I am unsure which is a good choice. I have heard that 70mm and 75mm one require larger injectors, but on the other end of the spectrum people have told me you could go as large as 75 mm with the stock injectors. What kind of gains could I see? I have the Cobra upper and lower intake manifolds installed, as well as a BBK cold air intake. Should I upgrade my mass airflow meter as well? Thanks for your help.

Answer
Dan-

There's really no need to upgrade injectors just because you swapped in a new throttle body.  That might have been true back in the mid 80s when Mustangs came with speed density computers, but mass air systems are much more accurate.  Going too big with the throttle body on a mildly modifed or mostly stock engine can hurt power, so don't over do it.  Upgrading your mass air meter probably wouldn't hurt, but it's not a must.  Now with a new mass air meter you could choose to swap in new injectors (if you plan on continuing to modify the motor) because the meter will have to be calibrated for the injectors you'll be using.  Hope this helps.
