Ford Repair: cooling system of Ford probe 2.5 24 v year 1993, water pump impeller, ford probe

Hi.I have buy this pfobe from germany.and the problem i have is the next one:
After i start the engine,in about 4-5 km,the engine is very hot,the water temp indicator goes up and i lose all the water.what should i do?
I have chenage the Relays,but nothing.
I remove the thermostat,but nothing.
Please give me an advice.

Are the cooling fans working? Was the system rusty when you bought the vehilce? This engine has a common problem with the water pump impeller being eaten away by rust. When the impleller is gone, the pump can no longer push the water thru the engine.
