Ford Repair: 351C, ford performance solutions, clever name

Question
I have a 1932 Ford with a 351C motor canted valves can I swap these for 351W heads? I have read that these engines run horrible on the street unless you are runnig hi RPM's. I will probably need a different intake but I thinkm it will run better on the street with the W heads.

Answer
Roland-

What you're describing sounds a lot like a "Clevor" (clever name, huh?).  It's generally a Windsor block with Cleveland heads but I'm not sure it's all too different from what you're trying.  You'll need a new intake and (I believe) some spacers between the intake and heads since Cleveland and Windsor blocks have different dimensions.  You might contact Ford Performance Solutions.  I know they used to sell Clevor kits.  They probably still do if they're still in business.  Hope this helps.
