Ford Repair: Ford Car cant start properly as normal, ford falcon car, arnold arnold


Question

My younger brother is struggling hard to get a Ford Falcon Car engine running smoothly back to  normal. However has comes across some problems and has asked to seek help and advise on the internet of what to do or check out for on the fault. The car description is as follows;

It is an EB Model, Eng: D, and has an automatic transmission gearbox, throttle body with an 2x injectors and is a 6 Cylinder.
the car's engine problem as stated:

Problem:

- Hard Start
- Starts only when (ISC Motor) idle speed Control plungers moves but not often
- Vehicle running short of sparks

He had so far done the following; Changed the distributor, Fuel pump, Oxygen sensor, Air temperature, Sensor & Map Sensor. Now that, he seeking your assistance on what else to check out to get the engine running smoothly back to normal again. It is an Australian made vehicle.

Are there any other areas that he missed out checking and he need to check them again?? whatever advise given will be very much appreciated. Thanks alot  and i'm looking forward to hear from you soon,

I would suggest a local, mechanic to take a look at it.I hate to suggest changing a part and finding out that wasnt a problem. Alot of vehicles are hard to fiqure, out if its not hooked up to a computer. Before he spends more money this is what I would do... Ty
