I have a 1994 ford bronco eddie bauer edition. My rear window is stuck down and i can not get to the motor to check it. How do i remove the glass and any suggests to make the repair go smoothly. The exhaust is killing me!Thanks, Dan

A common failure on these is the switch attached to the door latch that prevents window movement with the door open. I override this switch either by disconnecting it and putting a jumper wire across the wire terminals, or disconnect the window motor and power it directly with jumper wires connected to a 12v battery. The motor connector has two wires, 12 gauge or so, they will be the largest wires back there.

To access, remove the sheetmetal cover from inside the tailgate. When you get the window to move, be sure to support it with a trash can or something as you raise it.
