was going to work one day it stalled and it wount start back up it is a ford escourt wagon 94 engeon 1.9 there is presure in the fuel line and the spark pluges spark when you try to start the car doent now how to fix the problum

Answer
First thing that comes to mind is timing belt. Does the engine sound like it is spinning faster than normal when you crank it? You should be able to see the cam sprocket turning, have someone crank the engine while you watch on the right side of the motor, top, between the valve cover and the timing belt cover. If this doesn't turn then you for sure have broken the timing belt.

The belt may have slipped, in which case the cam may turn but it is out of time and changes the compression.

If you determine the timing belt is ok, then you'll have to start checking the electronic system. Could be something like a sensor or output device failed.
If you have tools to remove the spark plugs, you can remove them and see if each cylinder has compression by holding your finger over the spark plug hole while cranking the engine.

These engines have a habit of timing belt failure when the mileage is over 60,000 miles.
