Ford Repair: breaks and steering, tie rod ends, pitman arm

Question
#1 I have an unusual squeak coming from the front wheels of an '03 Expedition.  It is an uneven squeak that comes at low-speed after I release the break pedal.  It is more noticeable during turns.  It sounds like a break issue, but I am not sure.

#2 When I turn the steering wheel at low-speed I hear a clicking-snapping sound as the wheels turn left or right.

Answer
#1- yes that could be a brake noise. Also check the tie rod ends and the pitman arm for binding.

#2-this could also be a tie rod or pitman arm.

As you can imagine noises are very hard to diagnose over the internet. Probably something you should have your mechanic look over.
