Ford Repair: Air Bag Light, ground resistance, repair garage

Hi I'm hoping you can give me some info.  I have a 2003 Ford Escape V6 3.0L with 4x4.  The air bag light is blinking 4 7 I know this is something to be fixed by an expert I'm just wondering what I'm getting into.  Also I've noticed that something looks to be leaking around the headlights on the outside of the truck.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
7- Passenger air bag circuit shorted to ground
4- RCM bracket ground resistance high (restraint control module)

This sounds like you have a ground wire problem. I would suggest that you have a repair garage look in to it ASAP.
