Ford Repair: 2001 ford f150 5.4L, check fuel, ford f150

engine misses under load have replaced egr valve and egr differential preasure controler, spark plugs,fuel filter no trouble codes showing have acess to genisys analyzer please help .

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
I would suggest a few things:
1. Check fuel pressure
2. Road test with scan tool hooked up and view live engine data.........you might see a fault or a sensor not out of range but at it's limit.
