Ford Repair: 98 Windstar AC, auto zone, freon

My '98 Windstar AC is not working very well.  Seems to have happened suddenly.  I attempted to add freon using a installation kit from Auto Zone.  It was slightly low and adding a small amount doesn't help.  The rear air is dripping under the car as is normal, however, no air is coming through the vents even though the fan is blowing at full blast (you can hear the fan easily).  I can't afford a repair.  Any suggestions?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
It sounds like the blend doors aren't working. When this typically happens the blend door motor is to blame. I would check ALL of the fuses and then look to make sure the blend door is moving.
