Ford Repair: drivebelt tensioner, drive belt tensioner, autozone

Question
Hello,  I own a 1998 mustang v6.  My belt tensioner is broken and I have a replacement but I'm having trouble getting the old part off.  It seems to be attached with a star bolt or screw.  Am I going about this the right way or is there a better way?

Chris

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Nope..you are going about it right from what I can tell...
Remove serpentine drive belt.
Remove drive belt tensioner retaining bolt and drive belt tensioner. NOTE: Install new drive belt tensioner locating pin in bracket hole prior to and during tightening of drive belt tensioner retaining bolt.

INSTALLATION
Follow removal procedures in reverse order.
Tighten drive belt tensioner retaining bolt to 70-95 Nm (52-70 ft. lbs.).
