Ford Repair: 88 Ford Tempo Rad Fan, temperature guage, head gasket

Question
My mother in-laws 88 Ford Tempo Rad Fan isn't "kicking in" and the temperature guage is in the Red and as a result the car is overheating. All the wiring looks o.k. Also there's a bubbling sound in the rad. The car is to hot right now to look in the rad, the overflow level is high and as a result the car is overheating and spitting out rad fluid on the ground.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Sounds like you have head gasket issues. Wait until the engine cools off and then start it with out the cap on it. See if there are air bubbkes in the radiator. If there are, it looks like it's time for a head gasket.
