Ford Repair: escort air conditioner blower, ford escort manual, air conditioner blower

I have a 98 zx2 ford escort.Manual trans. When turning on air conditioner I can here the blower blowing but no air is coming out of the vents. The same with the heater or air. Lots of blowing but no air out of vents. You can feel cold but just no air. My son took the radio out a few months ago and replaced it, could he have disconnected something?He looked at it and he said he saw nothing disconnected. Any help would be appreciated

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Have your son take it apart again and recheck the connections on the back side of the ICP (intergrated control panel)......the piece that holds everything. I think you'll find your problem there.
