Ford Repair: water leaking from under dash, drain tube, ford escape

My wife has a 2002 Ford Escape, and has water leaking from the passenger side coming from under the dash.  This happened before, and the dealership said there was a blockage in the drain tube.  Where is this tube and can I use ordinary tools to unclog it.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
If you look in the engine compartment on the firewall in front of the passenger side, you'll see a outlet hose. That is the drain for the evap. case. You can use a coat hanger to unclog it.
