Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.

Drain the engine coolant and disconnect the battery ground cable.
Water Pump Pulley Replacement
Loosen the four water pump pulley retaining bolts, using the accessory belt tension to keep the pulley from turning.
Loosen the alternator belt adjuster jack screw and remove the alternator belt.
Using a 1/2" breaker bar rotate the automatic tensioner down and to the left. Remove the accessory drive belt.
Remove the two nuts and single bolt retaining the automatic belt tensioner to the engine and remove the assembly.
Remove the four water pump pulley bolts and remove the pulley from the vehicle. NOTE: On some vehicles the pulley will not have enough clearance to facilitate removal from the vehicle. In this case, allow the pulley to remain on the hub after the bolts have been removed.
Remove the heater hose from the water pump.
Water Pump Replacement
Remove the 11 water pump to engine retaining bolts and remove the water pump from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
Clean the water pump mating surfaces, using caution not to damage the aluminum housings.
Coat the water pump side of a new gasket with Gasket and Trim Adhesive (Ford part# D7AZ-19B508-B, or equivalent). Place the gasket on the water pump.
Water Pump Bolt Pattern.
Position the water pump on the vehicle and install the bolts, torquing them to the specifications listed in the image. NOTE: If the water pump and pulley were removed as an assembly due to lack of clearance, make sure you position the pulley on the water pump prior to positioning the water pump on the engine. Lightly oil all bolt and stud threads before installation, except those requiring special sealant.
Hand tighten the water pump pulley bolts.
Install the automatic belt tensioner, tightening the fasteners to 16 lb. ft. (21 Nm).
Install the alternator and power steering drive belts. Tighten the water pump pulley retaining bolts to 16 lb. ft. (21 Nm).
Install the heater hose and tighten the clamp to 20-30 lb. in (2.3-3.4 Nm).
Fill the cooling system with coolant and bleed.
Connect the negative battery terminal, START the engine and check for leaks.

This is for a 3.0L engine.
Hope this helps,
Erik
