Ford Repair: ABS Light On, 1995 Mustang GT, mustang gt, scan tool

My ABS light is on continuosly.
Is there an easy way to access what ABS fault may be occuring? I do not have a scan tool and understand that many of the cheaper scan tools do not have the ability to retrieve the ABS fault codes.
1995 Mustang GT, 5.0L, automatic. The fluid level in the master cylinder is a little below the MAX line but not at the MIN line.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
There is no way to access the codes with out a scan tool in that vehicle. The fluid level from what you have said is NOT the cause of the light being on.........it isn't that low as to cause it......also, the red brake light would be on also.
