I just bought a 1994 Ford Explorer that has a 4.0 engine, automatic, and I have just notice it losing speed when you go up hillsI have changed the fuel filter, air filter and put new plugs and wires. It also has a tube that goes between the manifold and the egr vauvle and no parts store can find this.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
The tube? Are you talking the tube that goes from the exhaust manifold? I would suggest that you check with the local dealership.........it's a common part. As far as loosing power/speed......have the computer system checked out for fault codes and go from there.
