Ford Repair: engine has no power, autozone, pressure test

Erik Iown a 89Ford E150 w4.9 f/i six cyl the van has very little pickup on a flat road it will reach55mph I took a copression test wHich showed good to rule out a hdgsket or valvs/rings Iwanted to take afuel pressure test but need to know from where and what pressure you should get because Isuspect the main fuel pump unless you would think something else your help would be apriciated   thanks PETE

That is a good place to start. Also, check the computer system for fault codes.
