Ford Repair: Air flow selector not working, obd ii, ac repair

Question
I have a 2003 Ford Explorer.  No matter which position I put the air flow selector knob in, the
air only comes out the window defroster location.

I listened for vaccum leaks under the hood and dashand heard none.

I did blow a fuse for the cigar lighter (my kids
put a penny in the socket).  When I look at the fuse (number 24) it is fine.  This circuit does share a OBD II funtion.  Is this related to the air flow selector knob.

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
No, that circuit doesn't have OBDII functions on it. As far as the air control, it sounds like either the blend door motor is bad or the door itself is bad. Either way, you'll need to have a AC repair garage have a look at it.
Hope this helps,
Erik
