Ford Repair: 2001 ford ranger 3.0 flex fuel, flex fuel vehicle, fuse box

Vehicle began to stall, with occurences becoming more frequent. Replaced cam sensor and PCM. Stalls came MORE frequently. The stalls were instantaneous, meaning that it would be running FINE and then stop dead like you turned the key off. Now it wont even turn at all. Checked and changed battery to eliminate that as possibility, such as maybe bad plate. If you short across the starter it will turn. Checked relays in underhood power box. In inside fuse box, have no power TO starter relay fuse. Your thoughts>?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Time to start checking wires for cracked and or broken ones. Did you check the MAIN fuse for the interior cabin? In the relay box....in the engine compartment the main fuses should be there.
