Engine does not do any thing when key is turned.Almost like the battery is dead but it isnt.Pretty much replaced every electical have to do with starting and running circuts.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Have you checked the ignition block on the lower part of the steering column?
Erik  Dave's reply  New ingition switch,coil,icm,secondary pickup coil,relay,plugs,ing.wires,distbutor rotor,dist.cap and battery.The interior light cuts out(does not slowly dim)when key is turned to start postion.Almost like a switch,circut breaker,or relay shuts the power off going to the starter and every thing else.

 You mentioned the ignition switch....are you talking about the cylinder lock that the key goes in? In my previous letter I asked if you have checked the ignition block, located on the steering column. Have you?
