Ford Repair: 97 aerostar plug removal, proper steps, aerostar

I got their 7 day online service manual to fine out the proper steps to get change the plugs on my 97 3.0 aerostar but didn't learn anything I don't already know...I guess its time for someone to lead me by the hand. Its is very crowded under the hood and I need to know what has to come out in order to reach the plugs.

You should support the front of the vehicle up on jack stands and remove and replace the plugs from under the vehicle.. Hate to say this but you will have a difficult time trying to change the plugs from the top of the engine.. They dont make vehicles easy to work on anymore.. Thanks,,,
