Ford Repair: 1996 Ford Explorer wiper/turn signal switch, turn signal switch, colume

Question
Intermittent wiper settings are even more intermittent then expected, for example they work on only some delay settings. Also When the turn signal switch is fully engaged for a right turn I get just a buzz from the dash, no signal on dash or lights. If you only press the turn signal switch for a right turn (not fully engaged) the turn signal works fine. I suspect the full arm switch that controls wipers/washer and turn signal is shorting out internally. How difficult is this to repair??

Answer
Your probally going to end up taking the steering wheel off and getting to the switch this way. Or some vehicles, you just remove the plastic cover, on the side of the steering colume, and taking out the switch that way... I would reccommend the dealer, replace it for you.. Not a easy task at hand,, Thanks...
