Ford Repair: 93 ford aerostar 165k, ford aerostar, vacuum hose

i just got this vehicle changed the air oil and feul filter i see what appears to be a vacuum hose coming from under the master cylinder not connected to anything. car runs good then after about 10 minutes of idling  it starts to shudder like it is goona cut off.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 What I would do is trace the vac hose and also, make sure it is a vac hose and not a drain hose. As far as the shutting off goes, I would suggest that you bring it to a garage and have them scan the computer for fault codes and go from there.
