Ford Repair: Ford Pick-up clutch adjustment, clutch adjustment, slave cylinder

Question
Ken,

You emailed an answer to me last week and i included a question.  I tried to send the answer back but the system wouldn't take it!

My 1992 F150 clutch needs adjustment.  It does have a fluid tank, so it is "hydraulic" I guess.  When I start the vehicle, the clutch needs to be engaged all the way to the floor.  Pumping it seems to make it work a bit easier.

Is there a simple fix for this?  Thanks!
