Ford Repair: Bronco iginition switch, bronco ii, tilt wheel

Question
My son has an '86 Bronco II, 2.9L, 5spd.  While putting a cb in, they had the ignition switch on acc.  When they finished, they pushed the lock button and turned the wwitch off.  A few minutes later, they started to leave and the key wouldn't turn at all.

We tried pulling and pushing on the lock button and turning the steering wheel while turning the key to relieve any binding.  Nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?  It has a tilt wheel if that makes any difference.

Thanks for your help!

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
It sounds like the cylinder lock is gone.
