Ford Repair: No Spark, ford f 150, electrical fuses

Question
Hello, I have a 1987 Ford F-150 4X4 with a 302 and a standard shift transmission. My problem is that I can't get any spark from the coil. I have replaced the Ignition control module the starter relay mounted on the fender the coil and now the computer. When the key is in the on position I have power to the coil negative lead but it does not flash when I try to start it. I have also replaced the condensor. Any idea on what I should try next. Thanks for your help and time.

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
What I would suggest it that you check to see if the timing chain has snapped. Remove the distributor cap and crank the engien over........does the rotor move smoothly, not bouncing around? Does it move at all? Next, check the wires going to the ignition coil. 12v should be at the + positive side of the ignition coil, not -neg. The -neg. side is the trigger side. I would then check to see about the PIP (profile ignition pickup) (located IN the distributor).
Also, check ALL of the electrical fuses.
Hope this helps,
Erik
