Ford Repair: oil in radiator, ford aerostar, 1990 ford aerostar

hi i have a 1990 ford aerostar and i am a woman hahaha and i accidently put about 2 ounzes of oil in the rad i thought it was radiator fluid i relised it right away and stopped but i was wondering with this ruin my vehicle? also how can i fix it? also now it is now sputtering when im driving is this caused by what i did??? i hope you can help me. thanks for your time... mary

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 It won't ruin your vehicle, BUT, I would have the collant system pressure flush asap. The sputtering is caused by a different problem and I would suggest that a garage take a look at it.
