Ford Repair: P1537, P1538, P0161, circuit failure, o2 sensor

1997 Ford 4.2L 4cyl. 4X4.  I keep having these coded come up but the truck is acting fine.  I have found what these code mean but where the components that need fixing? I have replaced the #2 Oxygen sensor.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
  The 2 codes P1537 and P1538 are for the intake manifold runner. This is located IN the upper section of the intake manifold, and should be looked in to by a professional. It is most likely sludged or carboned up and stuck.
The other code is for the heated O2 sensor circuit failure. You should clear the codes with a scan tool after replacing the failed item.
