Ford Repair: 2000 Explorer rear wiper, wiper blade, wiper arm

I put a new wiper blade on and it only cleans the left side of the window, is there an adustment on that. I've been trying to find out.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 I'm not sure I understand what you mean.....Does the wiper arm make a full pass? Or does it stop half way. Or is it that when it makes a pass over the left side, it is not touching the glass?
