Ford Repair: Front end, ford dealer, brake dust

I recently had new shocks installed but the handling over bumps makes the vehicle do a dance and pulls me into the next lane.  The right front wheel screeches when I brake although they have been cleaned to remove the brake dust. The steering feels very loose when going over uneven roads and yet the ford dealer is telling me that nothing is wrong. It's a 2004 ranger.  Please advise before I spend more money to have ford take anothr look and tell me there is nothing wrong. As you can see I dont have very much confident in them.

Hi Patricia,
You shouldn't have needed shocks on a 2004. Check your tire pressure as stated on your drivers door sticker. Do not put more air in than the sticker says! Have your alignment checked also. Rangers are trucks and they don't ride like cars especially if it's a 4x4. GOOD LUCK!
