i have a 92 mustang 5.0 HO LX, and everytime you turn the wheel all the way to the right or left i hear a clicking rattling sound coming from the wheels, i've replaced the outer tie rod ends and new brakes and rotors about a year ago, i've had front end alignments but they don't stay in alignment very long, the inside of the drivers side wheel is completly bald but the passenger side is fine so any help would really help me out alot,
i don't know if this helps but the car has been lowered slightly and i have weld rodlite wheels all were on car before i bought it.  thanks

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Next time you go for an alignment.....have them check the SAI(steering axis inclination) of the vehicle.....this will tell the mechanic IF the frame is bent/twisted or not.
Hope this helps,
Erik
ok thanks that does help, but what about the rattling clicking sound??.somethings gotta be making that sound. just one area i need help with, when i start my car when its cold it idles funny almost like it wants to die, but after it warms up  for a while it runs and idles fine, also theres a little bitty vacuum hose thats broken in two and i've taped it up a couple of times and plugged it back in, it goes into a round metal part on the side of the intake manifold and just behind the throttle body i don't know what its called but it seems to run a "little" better as in i didn't notice it idleing funny but it uses just a little bit more gas when not plugged in, something is wrong somewhere so if you can help i really need it, just one more thing i had a tune-up about a week ago, had 9mm wires bosch platinum 4 plugs new distributor and a new msd super coil put on and every since then i've been hearing this sorta buzzing sound croming from my gauges i know that sounds weird but thats the direction its coming from if i pop the hood i can here there as well but just not as loud, i "think" its coming from the super coil but i could be mistaken, it only buzzes when the car is running. so if you could help with any of this i would greatly appriciate it oh and my car idled funny way before i got the tune-up.
thanks

Answer
Ok-----
As far as the noise in the front end....check the bearings and also backing plates of the brakes.
As far as the vac hose......fix it with NEW hose, not tape it. ANY vac leak will cause the engine to idle funny and also cause running problems.
As far as the noise in the instrument cluster......change back to the stock Ford ignition and get rid of the after market stuff. I wouldn't of even put Bosch plugs or wires on it...it's not needed.
