Answer
Roger-

It's a lot easier if you have a second person to help, but it can be done by one person with kits you can buy at your local parts store.  Basically, with the car off, have someone pump up the brake pedal until it feels firm.  Then have them press down as you release the bleeder screw until you get a little fluid out then close off the bleeder screw.  You have to make sure that there is pressure on the pedal the whole time the screw is open or else it'll just suck more air in there (although once the screw is closed pressure can be released).  Other than that, all you have to do is make sure you start at the wheel farthest from the master cylinder (the passenger rear wheel) and work closer by doing the driver's side rear next, then the passenger's side front, and then the driver's side front.  Hope this helps.
