98 mustang gt 4.6L automatic 65,000-my engine light came on and the car started hesitating on and off at cruising speeds.  I took it in for a code reading and it came up P1131, I replaced the left rear H02S, pcv valve, air filter and inline fuel filter. I reset the computer and the light went out and after the 2nd starting the light came back on and it is still hesitating on and off at cruising speeds.  2000 miles before this happened I replaced a cracked intake manifold and replaced the spark plugs and wires and it ran fine for the 2000 miles then the engine light came on.  Any ideas from what I have described, that I can check or replace to fix the problem?
Thanks

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Are there any codes present, right now? I would also suggest that the EGR system is checked.
Hope this helps,
Erik

Hello and thanks for the reply...I'll try to help.
Te P1130 code that you are getting MIGHT becaused by a leaking injector causing a rich condition, or a vac leak causing a lean condition. What I would do is hook up a volt meter directly to ALL of the O2 sensors, one at a time, and force the engine to run rich and lean. Make note of the change of each of the O2's. It could also be something silly like the EGR sitting a hair off of it's seatting position and the EVP (EGR valve position) sensor not picking up on it, and causing the engine to run lean. Also, when checking the EGR system, make sure to take it off of the engine and check the internal track and passages. I know in the Crown Vic. 4.6---the EGR chamber passage would always get clogged with carbon and sludge.
Hope this helps,
Erik
