Ford Repair: 02 escape theft light, ford garage, doors

i bought an 02 escape at auction. it has theftavert sticker on window. the theft light in dash is blinking and will not start.i bought a new remote, programed it, doors lock and unlock but theft light keeps blinking. do you know how to reset this condition. thanks   Mac.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 I'm sorry to say this but I haven't run across any theft system problems. This is outside of my area. I would suggest that you contact your local Ford garage and see what they can do for you.
