Ford Repair: GEM module, chiltons manual, ford dealer

Question
I have an F-150 ford truck when the key is off the accessories come on.  The blower moter for the heater also turn signals, radio, and the airbag flashers come on.  I believe it to be the GEM module.  How do I find it?

Ford has mounted these in 2 different areas.
1. Under the dash, either pass side or divers side.
2, Or in the engine compartment located next to the Power Dist Box,, Black in color.
If you can not find the location call your Ford Dealer, or a Chiltons Manual should have the location.. Ty
