Ford Repair: Hydralic Clutch, mustang gt, slave cylinder

Question
I have a 1989 Mustang GT 5.0. Installed new clutch about 7 yrs ago and it has been setting in my garage all this time. It wont let me put it in gear while running and I dont know why. Cant find where to ck or add the fluid to the clutch and could this be the problem. Thanks, Steve

Answer
Mr. Aufleger,

You need to pop the hood and on the driver's side fire wall you should see a little cup with a black lid on it. Check to see if it's low and if that is not the problem, the slave cylinder has probably siezed up from sitting all these years. Sorry for the delay in responding but I had computer failuer. Hope that this helps and if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Good luck.
