Ford Repair: Electrical, Ford F150,2003, Supercrew, amp fuse, running board

FIRST:  THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY QUESTION.

Where can I find the wire that energizes the factory installed relay, which turns on the dome lights, when the remote control "open" button is pushed, to unlock the doors.  I wish to tap into that wire so i can activate a self-installed relay circuit for self-installed running board lights.  The idea is to have the running board lights come on just like the dome lights for night entry.

Lighted running boards are an option on this vehicle and they turn on when the dome lights go on.  The wiring diagram shows that the factory running board lights run off of the Interior Lamp Relay in the Central Junction Box.  This running board light circuit has a seperate 10 amp fuse in Battery Juction Box.  The wire is black/light blue from the Central Junction Box (relay) to the Battery Junction Box (fuse).  The wire is white/red from the fuse to all of the running board lamps.  I would inspect the wiring harness, because all of the wiring and connectors may be there already.
