Ford Repair: Fender Covers, rear fenders, truck ford

My truck Ford F150 1991 has rust above the rear fenders, looking for black fender covers to cover.
Do they make?

There is no easy way of stopping rust.  The Rear Fenders on your Pick-Up are called Outer Bed Panels and the top ledge of the bed is called the Bed Rail.  If the rust is on the Outer Bed Panel, I know of nothing available to cover the rust, except disguising it with spray paint.  If the rust is on the Bed Rail, you can buy Bed Rail Covers.  They usually come in black plastic or metal diamond-plate.  These covers will not stop the rust, only cover it up.
