Ford Repair: Ford Taurus Horn, ford taurus, 1993 ford taurus

1993 Ford Taurus - wires for the horn circuit are broken at the connector that is behind the steering wheel.  I cannot get the connector loose to either replace the pigtail or re-solder the wires on it.  It is a 5 wire pigtail, 3 wires for horn are broken.  The other 2 wires (maybe for air bag) are intact.

I really can't give advice on seperating the connector.  If the connector is broken you may have to replace the clockspring assembly.  Only one wire in that connector is for the Horn, two are for the Speed Control, and the other two are for the Air Bag.  Be very careful and disconnect the battery when working with Air Bag wiring.
