Ford Repair: 2001 Ford escape air condition code P1460, fuse panel, air blow

Question
my 2001 ford escape air will not work when the throttle is pushed. The air blow ice cold when you are on the brakes or slowing down. Pushing on the accelerator basically shuts off the compressor. I have a code P1460. I now suspect the CCRM? Module or the throttle sensor. Maybe. I’m not sure this car even has a CCRM. The car obviously thinks the throttle is all the way to the floor and shutting off the air. Is there a ccrm? And where is it on a 2002 model year escape?

Answer
first i need you to check the charging system and be sure it is not going over 14.5 volts when the throttle is being pushed. second, in the fuse panel in the engine compartment, you'll need to see if there is a relay for the a/c clutch ( should be able to tell by your owners manual. ) if there is one replace it and get back to me. reason is, your vehicle is between stages of having or not having a ccrm so it's hard to diag without knowing whether that relay is in that fuse panel
