Ford Repair: 1992 econoline van wont start, econoline van, plug gaps

I have a 1992 ford van with a 302 engine I have replaced cap rotor wires and plugs also a new coil. and set timing and the motor cranks gets gas and still a poor spark I have tried everything to get this motor running with no luck hope you can help me get it going any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
this all started when we had a -2 degree cold snap as the van was running great the night before.I have since removed the remote starter and done all these repairs even drained the tank and still no run

throtle position sensors are usually the first thing to go wrong on efi fords.  If you know its not getting enough spark i would install an aftermarket ignition box, msd 6-A CD ignition.  I would look at other problems though, if you replaced the wires, coil, rotor, ect... you should have good spark.  Check your plug gaps.
