Ford Repair: two about lights and od, broken wires, dimmer light

Question
I have a 1995 ford explorer. The first question is why does my od light keep blinking and transmission seems to rev and and change slower? And the second is the right dimmer light has been replaced but still no light. I changed it to the left socket and it works. Please help.

For your first question: Check the connection on the transmission to see if it is loose. If everything is good there, there is a sensor that will need to be checked and replaced and for that you will need to take the vehicle to your local repair shop and have them put the vehicle on the computer.

For your second question: You either have a bad ground or you need to replace the socket. Check for broken wires. Hope that this helps and Good luck.
