Answer
Bob-

Hmmm...I don't remember answering a question on 351C heads on a 351W block in quite a while.  Luckily enough it's a fairly easy answer.  They'll bolt right on to the block no problem...you may, however, need to have the pistons flycut since the Cleveland heads are canted valve heads (not inline like stock 351W heads) and could cause piston-valve clearence issues.  You'll also need a special intake or intake spacers to use factory intakes.  I know Ford Performance Solutions has sold them in the past...I'm betting they still do.  You can reach them at www.f-p-s.com although I'm betting you'll have to contact them directly as their website has been a mess as of late.  They used to carry a whole line of "Clevor" parts (Cleveland plus Windsor...get it?  I know...corny.) so they should have quite a bit of stuff to make your swap a piece of cake...at least as much of one as a head swap can be.  Hope this helps.
