Ford Repair: 170 to 200 head swap, 1966 ford bronco, ford bronco

Question
I have 1966 ford bronco with 170 6 cyl and exhaust tits are broken off so can not tighten to get exhaust manifold gasket to seal so I found a 200 head in good shape to swap it out with.
My problem is 170 had adjustable rocker arms on it and the 200 are non-adjustable is this ok and what set of pushrods should I use or just swap out 170 rockers to 200 head and use 170 pushrods.
Sure hope you can help me,and if none of this is doable then feel free to tell me I'm wasteing my time.
                           Thanks

the swap will work, you could swap out the rockers but i would not.adjustable rockers are better, but if you are going through all of this work why not buy adjustable rockers and new push rods for the 200? if you swap the 170 rockers make sure if you dont buy new push rods, that you put them in the SAME place as they were in the old head.hope this helps.
