Ford Repair: 78 ford f150 4x4, pitman arm, radius arms

there is a bar attached to the pitman arm, that goes to the opposite side of the truck. bothe ends have bushings (that are shot) the stabilizer shock is also connected to it. question is whats the bar called, can i replace just the bushings, if not do u have one?  ty  1978 ford f150 4x4 351m

i dont know if your refering to the track bar or radius arm.what i need to know is do you have twin I beam or single i beam axles.i would say you are looking at the radius arms.the other system, if the bar is long (2-3 feet) then its your drag link. when the bushings go you have to replace the bar.autozone, napa etc carry the parts. hope this helps.
