Honda Repair: 92 honda civic ex noise, wheel bearing, honda civic

Ihave a 92 honda civic.we just put in a newmuffler thinkin that would fix the problem but it didnt.the loud noise is upfront.but the funny thing is the faster we go the louder and u can only here it from inside not outside.idont know what to do?

There are so many things that this could be I can't possible narrow it down with the information given.

A few of the things I would check are the exhaust manifold and the exhaust under the car.

If the noise happens with vehicle speed and not engine speed then you are looking at maybe a wheel bearing or something in the suspension.
