92 accord LX parking lights quit working but headlights turnsignals brake lights backup lights all work ive checked all fuses any advice

The first thing to check is the bulbs. If they are all out then it probably isn't the bulbs, but it could be. Check those first.
If they are good then the best way to test the wiring is to check the voltage to the parking lights with a voltmeter when the switch is turned on. If there is no voltage there then it is likely the light switch inside the car.
These switches are a pretty common cause for this problem.
