Honda Repair: water leak, honda prelude, window seal

Hi
We just bought my son a 93 honda prelude and when it rains heavy, the boot and back seats fill
up with water.  Can you advise what can cause this.Have had boot resealed lately

There are several places that are likely causing your problem. The boot seal is sometimes the problem but since you have had yours replaced you need to look elsewhere.
I would first look at the back window seal. You can remove the molding around the window and see if you can see where it is leaking but you might just need to replace it.
The rear brake lights are a common cause of leakage on these cars as well. I would replace them. They are cheap and easy to replace.
You could also try spraying water on it to see if you can tell where it is leaking. I've done this to find the leak and it works well.
