Honda Repair: car wont run, spark plug wires, o2 sensors

ok so here it goes i have 1996 honda civic ex 5 speed the problem is the car will not start unless i unplug th iacv even then it will spit and sputter a i have spark i have fuel fuel pupm is new along with new cfs, fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, new ignition coil, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires every thing i have a couple codes its throwingboth o2 sensors(which i replaced today) iacv circut is not complete,ELD circut high input and IAT sensor cicut low input i dont know what else to do thanks

Drew, since you have alot of different CEL's going on you need to start here by repairing and resetting the ECU each time you find, fix, evaluate, and clear each one of these codes. IAT codes are notorious for creating hard starting and idle conditions. I believe this is a CODE 10.

Fix each code 1 at a time and clear it from the ECU. This is the only way you are going to be able to move onto the next issue at hand.
